Former Petrie-Flom Center Visiting Scholar and Senior Lecturer at the College of Law and Business Ramat Gan Avishalom Westreich discusses his new book on how assisted reproduction is viewed by the religious and culture spheres of Israeli society.

Westreich’s describes two issues are at the forefront of the discussion over the right to procreate: the regulations governing and the conflicts surrounding surrogacy and egg donation, as well as the debate over posthumous fertilization.
