This episode was recorded at the 2019 meeting of the Southeastern Association of Law Schools during a panel reviewing the year in healthcare financing. In this episode I take a look at state regulation of health insurance, first, from the perspective of states playing defense and shoring up their own laws in case the ACA is “disappeared” and, second, how some are playing post-ACA offense, actually seeking to improve upon the ACA baseline.
